01

Why it was needed

AIC wanted to increase its visibility and give prospective customers a clearer understanding of everything the business could provide. Although it was already known for custom timber crates, the team also wanted to promote its flight cases and custom foam inserts. The challenge was to bring these three services into one clear message while demonstrating the quality, care and durability behind every solution designed to protect customers’ valuable tools, equipment and products.

02

What we did

We discussed AIC’s business development goals, target customers and the services with the strongest potential to support growth.

01

We built the story around custom timber crates, flight cases and custom foam inserts, connected by AIC’s commitment to quality, care and protection.

02

We filmed and photographed the team, manufacturing process, materials and finished products to show the expertise behind the work.

03

We developed the footage and photography into a clear brand story and reusable content library, followed by a content partnership supporting ongoing visibility.

The outcome

The finished brand film and photography gave AIC a clearer way to communicate the breadth of its offering and demonstrate the care that goes into protecting customers’ valuable equipment. The content provided useful assets for business development, the website and social media, while the initial project developed into a partnership supporting continued brand growth.
