01
Why it was needed
IMRANDD’s marketing team needed a stronger library of photography that could show the people behind the company’s technical expertise and technology.
The objective was to make the business feel more human and approachable while presenting its working culture to prospective employees, clients and industry partners. The images also needed to give the marketing team flexible content for recruitment, employer branding and wider communications.
02
What we did
We identified how the photography would be used and the balance required between professional portraits, team interaction and natural working moments.
01
Rather than relying on traditional corporate headshots alone, we developed a more relaxed style that could show personality while remaining professional and consistent with the brand.
02
We photographed individuals and teams within their working environment, focusing on collaboration, conversation and the people behind IMRANDD’s engineering and technology expertise.
03
We delivered a varied selection of photographs that could be used across the website, social media, recruitment campaigns, presentations and wider marketing activity.
04
THE WORK
Scale, people and process in the same story.
03
The outcome
The completed photography gave IMRANDD a more relatable and people-focused visual identity. It provided the marketing team with a consistent library of professional images that could support the company’s external communications while giving prospective employees a clearer sense of the people and culture they would be joining.
