Cool Cuddle was created to help parents and babies share calm, comforting moments through an innovative cooling vest and gel pack. Farsight partnered with founder Joe Hunter to transform her idea into a recognisable, trusted brand — developing the full launch strategy from concept to campaign.

Cool Cuddle came to Farsight as a new brand with a heartfelt mission — to help parents and babies share calm, comforting cuddles, even when a child is warm, fussy, or unwell. As a start-up, the goal was to create awareness, build credibility, and drive online sales by connecting with young parents emotionally and visually.

To bring Cool Cuddle’s story to life, Farsight applied a full-spectrum strategy that combined brand psychology, creative storytelling, and visual marketing.
We produced a series of short videos and reels focusing on real parent–child interactions, showing how Cool Cuddle supports comfort during everyday moments. Each video followed a narrative-driven approach designed to evoke empathy and highlight the brand’s purpose.
Our design strategy established Cool Cuddle’s visual identity — clean, modern, and inclusive. We created weekly graphics and carousels with a mix of emotional storytelling, educational content, and relatable humour to connect with parents aged 22–35.
Professional photography was used to capture natural, lifestyle-led imagery that showcases Cool Cuddle in real use. Each shot was composed to feel genuine and calming, helping the brand stand apart from overly clinical baby product marketing.
We built a structured posting strategy with a focus on connection over sales, helping the brand grow trust organically. Through SEO-aligned captions, tailored hashtags, and strategic timing, Farsight helped increase engagement and drive visitors to the Cool Cuddle online store.


Once the strategy and creative direction were approved, Farsight rolled out a campaign designed to build awareness, trust, and momentum for the Cool Cuddle brand.
Our campaign centred on three storytelling pillars — Awareness, Education, and Connection — ensuring every piece of content aligned with the emotional core of the product.
1. Awareness:
We led with a series of launch visuals and product reels announcing that Cool Cuddle was available to buy, supported by messaging that highlighted its value: comfort, connection, and calm.
Clean, modern design layouts and gentle colour palettes established instant brand recognition across all social platforms.
2. Education:
A short video tutorial and supporting graphics demonstrated how simple Cool Cuddle is to use — from the fridge to a comforting cuddle in seconds. This visual storytelling showed parents how the pressure-activated gel pack helps avoid body-heat transfer, keeping both parent and child comfortable.
3. Connection:
Relatable, human-focused content — including “expectation vs reality” carousels and father-centred bonding posts — helped Cool Cuddle stand out from traditional baby product campaigns.
These pieces were designed to make the audience feel seen, building empathy and shareability among modern parents.
Throughout the campaign, we implemented a structured posting schedule across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, optimised for reach, engagement, and website click-throughs. Every visual, caption, and call-to-action was crafted to drive the audience back to the Cool Cuddle store while maintaining a warm, trustworthy brand tone.


Within the first three months, Cool Cuddle successfully transitioned from concept to brand — establishing a confident visual identity and strong foundation for continued growth.
