IMRANDD Culture Photography | Brand & People
IMRANDD approached Farsight to support a culture-led brand initiative - one focused not on services or products, but on people.
The objective was clear: visually showcase the team behind the organisation and reinforce IMRANDD’s values through authentic, professional photography. The images needed to work across multiple platforms - from social media and website updates to internal communications and recruitment materials.
This wasn’t a standard photoshoot. It was a strategic culture push designed to strengthen identity, improve engagement, and humanise the brand.

We began by aligning with IMRANDD’s leadership team to understand the values they wanted to project - collaboration, innovation, and approachability.
Rather than producing rigid, formal portraits, we designed a photography approach that prioritised:

This ensured the content had longevity and strategic value beyond a single campaign.



The photography sessions took place on-site at IMRANDD’s office, allowing us to capture authentic working environments and team interactions.
We used professional mirrorless camera systems with controlled lighting setups to maintain a clean, modern aesthetic while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and natural.
The shoot was structured in phases - individual portraits, team groupings, and candid workplace moments, to ensure a comprehensive visual asset bank.
Post-production focused on consistent colour grading and subtle retouching to preserve authenticity while maintaining brand polish.


The final image set provided IMRANDD with a cohesive, professional visual identity centred on its people.
